Join the Charleston Jaycees on Saturday, August 20th as they present the 4th Annual Bachelor Bid Bash, a charity bachelor/bachelorette auction benefiting SC Jaycee Camp Hope. Camp Hope is a residential summer camp for mentally challenged individuals located at the Clemson Outdoor Lab.
Event will be held at the Music Farm located at 32 Ann Street in Downtown Charleston. Doors open at 7pm with the live auction, including date packages, kicking off at 8pm. Bachelors and Bachelorettes will be auctioned off by famed auctioneer Craig Simmons.
Tickets are $30 each or 2 for $50 and include an open bar and heavy hors d’oeuvres from local Charleston restaurants. Tickets can be purchased from the BBB committee or online via eTix at:
Example of Silent Auction Packages that will be up for grabs:
• Festival Package: tickets to lots of Charleston’s great festivals, including Cajun Fest, Taste of Charleston, Harvest Fest and many more. Also includes a handmade picnic blanket.
• Wadmalaw Island Package: 2 tastings each at the Firefly Vodka distillery and Irvin-House Vineyard (home of Firefly), bottle of your of Firefly, tour of Charleston Tea Plantation and tin of tea. Also includes a gift certificate to a Johns Island restaurant.
• Taste of the Lowcountry: Group of gift certificates to area restaurants
• Learning the Basics: Bottles and Brushes class with wine of your choosing, cooking class for 2 from In Good Taste and introductory dance class from Fred Astaire.

The official After Party will be at Market Street Saloon located in the heart of Charleston’s Nightlife at 32-D N. Market Street.
